"The staff was AMAZING -- welcoming and helpful! Shout out to Jay who was so kind & helpful. The beach across the street was beautiful. Easy access to walk along the beach. We loved this! The pool area with games and amenities look well used and fun -- we did not avail ourselves of that as we had other plans. We liked that the hotel was an easy bike ride into Provincetown. We rode our bikes into town each morning -- lovely! Bike paths and the Dune Shack hiking trail are nearby.

"My stay at Iris was great. The pool was nice and warm, the receptionists were really helpful, and the location was perfect. Not only is there a great view from the front door, you’re located 4-5 minutes away from Main Street Falmouth. The receptionist helped me extend my stay and I got to stay in the same room with no issues or hassle. The only thing that is keeping this from 5 stars, was after I long night out on my first day, I had put a do not disturb sign on my door so I could catch up on sleep, but at around 10:15 AM my door was opened and my light turned on until it was quickly closed right after. I also had asked on the second day for someone to come in to swap out my towels and my sheets early in the morning but they weren’t able to get to me in time. Also like others have mentioned there was mold in my bathroom from the vent to the light above the sink which wasn’t a huge deal as we just used the bathroom when absolutely necessary. I would definitely come back and stay again. The price was great for everything that comes with it."
"This was the perfect spot for an anniversary trip to Nantucket! Our room was a little small, but fine for the 2 of us. It is a great location to explore town. Close to all the best restaurants and shops. Used the bikes one day to bike out to Sconset. Realized after we had headed out that the bikes were not in the best shape but the hotel staff was courteous when we told them about it. Would stay here again!"
"We enjoyed our stay in an Adventure tent. Very comfortable bed. Just enough of a camping feel with the conveniences of a high end hotel. Super-fresh granola in the morning. The club house is spacious and modern with two showers in the bathroom. Unfortunately only one was working and had to wait. Great for young families."
