"Was needing a place to stay for my grandson's graduation. We are from Pennsylvania. Did not know how close the hotel was to the USA Hockey Arena when I made the reservation. I thought that if we had to walk a couple of blocks to the arena for graduation, that would be fine. The hotel parking lot and the arena parking lot were next to each other. "Lovely hotel. Update with beautiful rooms and bathroom. Clean as clean can be. Asked for fresh towels the next day and boom! at the door before 12 noon! Wonderful staff working the front desk. Breakfast was more than enough with great choices! Location is great. Restaurants and grocery stores minutes away. Imlay City, MI is just a beautiful area of Michigan. I give it a BIG THUMBS UP!"

"I didn't get to stay during this work weekend, due to my boss had a family medical emergency! I paid ahead for two rooms plus the insurance and didn't know until the last minute we were not going to Ann Arbor for this trip. I cancelled thru Expedia, I cancelled thru Spark. But no one would reimburse my Bosses credit card. I shouldn't have to go thru the insurance company to get my money back. We didn't stay, the rooms were open for someone else to stay in, they still could've been filled...
