"The check in staff was friendly and the price was reasonable, but the condition of the room was disappointing. There were hairs in the tub and on the bathroom floor. Pretty clean aside from that, but our room had a broken recliner in it, and the mattresses were poor quality."

We did something else and returned shortly after 3:00. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in and we were all told that rooms were not ready yet. Nothing was available until 4:00!
