"The shuttle drivers did not stop for us at LAX, another shuttle ride took long. The area next to concierge, where you can purchase drinks and ice cream needs to cleaned and touched frequently as drinks and ice cream are too frozen, and why were there open drinks and drinks that does not belong even in there? Room was clean and that was a plus."

"Very clean and comfy room.. I stayed here because my A/C at home went out and wasn't gonna stay there during this summer heat and I'm so glad I picked this place.. Bed was comfy and the room was super cool which is exactly why I left so yea I recommend this place.. And btw everything to eat is near by."

"The breakfast was OK they ran out of pancakes and french toast but finally brought french toast after complaining
Rooms were clean
I had to be moved to another room because young kids were having party next to my suit 1767 loud music woke me up at 1AM. Woke me up. Security did not do much
I had to complain to front desk - they don't answer the phones even if you push emergency -
I should get credit for the Saturday night stay it cost $274 "
