"The older woman host has no customer service skills at all and just comes across as rude. Location alone should deter anyone from ever staying here, truly worst than SF by far. Dirty uncomfortable blanket with stains on it as well."

Had I known the hostel would be like this, I never would have booked three nights here. my stay, there were at least four different school groups of around 40 children or teenagers each. They used the shared kitchen in shifts, which meant it was almost always overcrowded. "Probably the worst hotel I've stayed at in my life. Homeless people live there and surround the property. The floors inside the room were disgustingly black, and safety is lacking entirely. Loud music blasting through the courtyard and parking is paid for but not honoured. Unsurprisingly, I woke up with bites over my legs.
