"This place is NOT it if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep at night. The location is in some random spot in an industrial area. But it is also next to like 2 bars or some sort of gathering spot for locals who were drunk and loud and music was going until almost 3 am. We heard screaming and loud music all night long. It was impossible to sleep. The way I could compare this place is a building that was probably an office building with the office rooms converted into a hostel type...

"We had adjoining rooms and both rooms were covered in biting midges. Over one hundred in one room and the staff said it was cleaned they must be hiding. They gave us old towels and then we had to go get bug spray. There were tons of dead bugs on the shade as well which we found later in the night. It was a very unpleasant stay. Photos were after I threw out two towels and the big spray. I wish I took them to start."

"The property itself was decent, but the room we received looked nothing like what was advertised in the photos. Additionally, the in-room amenities were quite limited — only a hair dryer and an electric kettle were provided. Since we arrived late in the evening, we had no means to cook a meal and struggled to find a nearby place that served food at that hour. "everything was good"

"Checking in was easy. Room was clean. Hotel was newly built. Decor was modern. Bar was great and the bartender was super friendly. Breakfast was normal for Iceland and good. The only thing missing was a refrigerator in the room, but we ran into that in other hotels too. Overall very satisfied with the stay."

"nice peaceful area, rooms are a little small, but serve the purpose. hot tub is great, but it was very cold outside. so, not fun walking back to the room in cold wind. overall, nice place."
