"The hotel was fine for one night. Very close to El palace of Aranjuez and Jardines del Primcipe. Beware, if you come with a lot of luggage there are no elevators."

"My first impression of the place was ok. But I felt like the person who checked me in was in a rush. I asked her to make a wake up call for 6 the next morning. It never came. My room had mosquitoes in it so I got bitten while I was sleeping. That’s unacceptable for what I payed for the room. Next time another hotel."

Had bad experience in regards to airport transportation as You have to book transportation one day prior or you need to order taxi and pay it by yourself if there is no availability.. no one advised about transportation issue.. 3. One bottle of water in the room for 3 adults 4. Overpriced for the service provided."
