"We paid for a king but when we went into our room it was a double. I went to the desk to say we were given the wrong size room and was told they did not have anymore king size rooms on that floor. I complained and then was told I could move to an outside room with a king sized bed. The lady at the desk was not very helpful or accommodating and I did not feel I was wrong about complaining about not having the room I booked and paid for. Very outdated but it was convenient to be so close to the airport. "

"We stayed at the Weston on St. Thomas from April 24-29. Overall we loved our stay. All of the staff members were amazing! Every team member we spoke with was very helpful and patient with us. The room was very nice and clean. We had an amazing ocean view from our room and we enjoyed spending early mornings and evenings out on our personal little patio enjoying it. The shower was our main complaint about the room. There was not any hot water during “prime shower times”. We would try to shower around 7 am or 6 pm and only cool water came out. Give or take a couple of hours around these times and you should get a hot shower. The pools were nice and relaxing. The hallways need some repair, but everywhere else was very nice. The atmospheres of the different restaurants at the resort are amazing, but we preferred eating in town. We would definitely stay here again if we were going to hang out at the resort more. We were not there much and spent each day driving to all the different stunning beaches and spending our time at those beaches instead."

"Was in town with the family for 6 nights. The staff is wonderful. Everyone was so nice to us, everyone from the office workers to the restaurant staff at Caribbean Fussion. Special shout out to our guy Lincoln. Served us many nights. Wonderful memories at a wonderful place."

"Wish they had a hot tub. Place is seriously lacking on the hot tubs. Hot tub shortage at this place. I have made a list on my top 30 recommendations for the resort. 1. I wish there was a hot tub here 2. Would be perfect if they had a hot tub 3. They really should’ve added a hot tub 4. A hot tub would make this place elite 5. Missing one thing—a hot tub 6. This spot needs a hot tub ASAP 7. Imagine this place with a hot tub 8. A hot tub would take this to the next level 9. Only thing it’s lacking is a hot tub 10. "This property is rented as a waterfront view. Half the time you’re there you will be looking directly at the side of a cruise ship that completely blocks any view of any water. I don’t know how this was overlooked when describing the property, but I think that everybody should know this before booking a waterfront room here."
