"Our stay at Island Place was wonderful! We went to Bar Harbor at a very busy time of year and it was a MAJOR plus to park at IP and be able to walk to the village center. Everything we needed to get to (restaurants, bars and shopping) was in walking distance. The room was clean, the shower was hot, and the staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at IP if you are visiting Bar Harbor. "
