"Staff were lovely. Room was very noisy with furniture being moved in the room above us. First, occupants scraping chairs on the floor (dining table I presume) then cleaners in the morning moving furniture / beds to clean. No room service to apartments that you pay a hefty rate for. You have to go and pick up your meals yourselves. Wouldn't stay again for the price. Not value for money despite the reputation. "

"It's easy to find parking in the area adjacent to the hotel. Rooms are nice and large, clean, not latest fashion but nothing to complain about.it feels like what you expect from a hotel in this price category. Check in procedure asking for another deposit, promote a strange feeling. It seems inappropriate and never had this before. I have no idea what guests are stealing, there are no great things in the room, only one large towel each, no bathrobe, didn't check if TVs can be dismounted....

"It was truly serenity living in the woods, hotel staff at reception were nice and friendly. Breakfast spread were decent but note it’s cabinet stuff instead of hot meals. Only downside were housekeeping, our rooms were not vacuumed throughout all nights. Other than the jacuzzi tub and comfortable bed, the hotel could use some refurbishment to freshen up the whole experience. One downside will be the lack of kitchen sink where you will need to do all refilling and washing with the small toilet...

"No easy chairs to relax on, only fold up chairs in the kitchen area. A sewerage smell like dirty drains. The retic came on at 7.30 in the morning waking us up as it was hammering against the outside wall and not going over the plants. The kettke the tap to fill up. No instructions on how to work the TV. Very tight parking area for our chalet. Glad the night we had there was for a necessary event in town and not part of a holiday"
