"I ended up with bedbug bites all over my hands in the morning, I had slept and woke up with lots of itching on my hands and legs, couldn’t see what was crawling on me but in the morning my skin popped up with bedbug bites. Never again would I lodge here. The two staff that attended to me staff were very helpful but this hotel got me sick with bedbug bites. Do not lodge here"

"The room was set up much different than other hotels. The shower was open to the room with your bed, there were no side tables next to the bed, no lamps, no plugs or clock. The sink did not drain, the faucet leaked. When I told the staff, they just said ok. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were flat, and the room smelled like weed or a strange smell. There was not a blow dryer either."

"The lady at the breakfast buffet is wonderful. She's so friendly and helpful, perfect for the job!"

"I found the bathroom to be quite surprising. I noticed that the solid door had been replaced with a glass one. My 10-year-old son almost bumped into it, which was a bit concerning. Also, the transparent glass allows you to see inside the bathroom, which might not be ideal for all guests. I believe these aspects could be improved to make the experience more comfortable for families."

"Hotel is close to medical locations. The room is dated and the mattresses were worn. Staff was somewhat friendly."
