"When we got there we were quickly welcomed at the lobby and given our room keys. As we got to the floor our room was on we noticed a lot of large trash bags in the hallway outside of the rooms. At least 4 large trash bags full of peoples trash just laid out in front of the doors which was weird. There was somewhat of unpleasant smell in the corridor as soon as we got out of the elevator. "My telephone in the room didn’t work, the surge priotextor blew my coffee machine and after an hour still no one came for help. There are no apps or upgrades on the tv at all. I was upgraded due to cigarette smoking in the building but I was not overall impressed with the facility. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. "

"the pictures catfished me, the pictures are way nicer then what you really get. It’s definitely affordable and not completely terrible. It’s very basic and you walk in to a weird smell of muggy bleach in the lobby, interior has ok decor and the staff is super friendly so that’s a plus and no problems there. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from their small store because it’s extremely expensive for no reason. The rooms were also very basic and a tad ‘worn’ for lack of a better word. Showers...

"We ran into a small, canine sanitation issue with our room upon check-in, but the staff and management were incredibly quick, friendly, and accommodating, despite the hotel being packed! The rooftop pool is awesome; it has a hot tub nearby and a great little wading area where kids can safely splash around while enjoying awesome views of the city. Between the convenient location, tasty breakfast buffet, and professional team, we’ll definitely be back!"

"Cold room, it was set at 64 degrees when I got there, but with the heat its understandable they have it that cold. Staff was great, they were able to give us the best way to get to NRG stadium to avoid parking fees for the World Cup. Buffet was simple, basic eggs and oatmeal, potatoes and cereal. But it was a good hotel really close to the stadium."

"FIRE ALARMS, FLEAS MOLD, PLEELING PAINT AND NO CHLORINE IN THE POOL! EAR PIERCING 5am ALARMS The fire ALARMS went off two separate mornings at 5am repeatedly! My cats are so traumatized one’s sleeping in the kitty litter box and one’s hiding in the closet! The fire department had to come out both mornings. FLEAS They became INFESTED WITH FLEAS WHILE STAYING HERE! I have one that’s a very old rescue and has neurological issues & I can’t use topical or oral flea treatments on her. I had to...
