Hotel was nice room was good. Staff however was not helpful. Concierge desk could not even give me directions to metro station. She just said to take an uber. The website said it is a 3 min drive. I put into my gps and its a 15 min drive. I asked another guest and they were able to tell me how to ...

Omni Shoreham Hotel
The front desk staff was very helpful during the check in process and changing of rooms. To no fault of theirs, we had to change rooms and I ended up in an hypoallergenic room which was perfect for me. Room was clean and had the most wonderful view. Room service was great.
