"This is a fabulous hotel to stay in while visiting Ennis. We had a private bathroom and it was very clean! The location is very convenient and there is a small bonus of having a nearby private bathroom when you would otherwise have to use a public restroom or hold it. The hotel was quiet and reception staff was very kind and helpful! We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Ennis"

"A great hotel with a few restaurants & a pub on the property! The staff was great! The only negative to this hotel was all the rooms are connected on one thermostat. I love it cold when I sleep, but most people want it warm/ hot, so I was hot most of the night. But I would stay there again!"

"Lovely place and must stay. I will definitely return. The staff upon check in was among the kindest I’ve met in Ireland. Gorgeous views and the nearby towns are quaint and lovely for dining and coffee. Some areas for improvement: -the fourth floor was very noisy for sleeping. Perhaps request a different floor or maybe the hotel can replace the door latches that seem to slam at all hours. -staff in breakfast yelled at me for moving the knob on the toaster which was inappropriate and embarrassing. I wish all staff would just take a moment to remember how this may affect someone’s journeys. I just wanted my toast a little darker, I wasn’t going to steal it? -the room got really hot and stuffy overnight and during showers. Fans would solve this well."

"Boutique type hotel. We were very impressed with our room. Amanda and another young girl in the restaurant (attached to the hotel) were excellent and so helpful. Great value for money as breakfast was included. Would definitely recommend."

"We were unaware that our stay coincided with the month long September matchmaker festival. There was live music from several bands in the big room set up for dancing. It just happened to be right under our room! The staff warned us on checkin and it stopped at midnight so not too bad. We preferred the traditional music duo that played in the bar between the bands. :-) Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Right in the middle of the village. Free parking on street."
