"The air conditioning was not working during our stay. When we asked the staff, they said it had been fixed and would be improving throughout the night. It never did improve so we left early because it was too humid and hot in the room. Also there was no hand soap in the bathroom and the lighting ..."

"The AC didn't work. It was basically a fan. The so-called Extended Stay Hotel is basically a full-size refrigerator put into a dinky room. The price was nice. But not as advertised especially on a rainy, muggy night."
