"The listing felt deceptive. This home, obviously redone fairly recently, was not as described. While the decor was lovely, most redone options were with the poorest quality. I actually could have dealt with most of the house like this, but the beds and towels should be where the money goes, even on a budget (the plastic cover on the bed makes for an uncomfortable and noisy sleep. There are mattress covers that work well and avoid this.).
