"L’hôtel est bien situé juste à côté de la plage, mais il faut descendre et marcher 20 minutes pour y accéder. Le problème c’est que l’hôtel est situé sur une colline et qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, c’est fatiguant de remonter à chaque fois la chambre, heureusement que le personnel propose le service pour remonter le bagage. La piscine est très bien et bien équipée, mais la salle de sport manque de matériel."

"It's a really old building but well maintained. Friendly staff. The street level can be pretty noisy since there are many restaurants so try to get a higher floor if that bothers you. A/C worked great. Taxi stand just across the street as well as a kiosk for snacks and water."

"A beautifully designed and laid-out hotel and spa complex. Upon coming up the driveway to enter the complex you are greeted by the fantastic swimming pool and adjoining bar & restaurant. The entrance to the hotel reception is stylish and modern, with a beautifully designed and furnished lobby area for waiting and/or relaxing in. The small shop is well-stocked and convenient. It carries many items to make your stay just that little bit nicer. Take the lift or stairs tot he upper floors if you're staying in the main hotel building. The deluxe bedroom with sea views is well designed and furnished. The mini-fridge is a great bonus for keeping drinks and other items chilled. The views from the balcony are superb and a great spot to start and finish you day, watching the sun rising or setting. A small but well-enough equipped outdoor gym area at the side of the main hotel building is well signposted and easy to find. It has its own swimming pool and a good number of sun loungers and parasols, so you can easily spend a good amount of time there and relax as well as exercise. The main pool is excellent. There are a good number of parasols and sun loungers spread evenly around the whole pool and the service from the bar staff is excellent. You can eat and drink at the poolside if you wish or have a spot of lunch or early dinner in the bar/restaurant area. The staff are very friendly, attentive and efficient. You can order from the staff, at the bar or use the QR codes."

"The hotel is a beautiful building, with pleasant gardens where breakfast is served. Easy walking distance to old town. Every staff member, without exception, was very friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean. Reception can arrange taxi to airport or New Port. I would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely hotel and décor, we had an excellent size room and slept very well, food was good but very repetitive, I do think the a la carte restaurants could have been better... Staff were very attentive and friendly! The main pool could do with tidying up a little, there is some maintenance required and it could have been cleaner... there was sometimes lack of seating (evening entertainment area particularly and Sugar Reef bar ) and pool sides (loungers) when busy. The view and setting is lovely, hotel is in Gouvia town and there's a selection of restaurants and bars and gift shops if you want to leave the hotel. There is a small shop in the hotel as well as an excursions desk who were helpful also. overall, great stay!"
