"I requested my money back as I thought the accommodation was so poor, they had lots off excuses. I eventually got my money back I would not recommend it . The old building looks amazing. And the position is good and that’s about it."

"Classic old but beautiful hotel with staff doing their best to help. Unfortunately some guests expect too much and are inconsiderate to other guests but that seems to be the norm everywhere It’s a great hotel"
