"We like the location as it's very tranquil, 10-15 minutes walk to Hammersmith Station. Good restaurants nearby. We had one meal in the bar which was very nice. The room is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They will help you with your luggage if asked. There is no lift to the rooms. Our room 1 is right next to the stairs so you will hear people hauling luggage late at night after arrival or checking out early in the morning. I understand in the old days the sink has the hot...

"The room was clean and had enough space for the 3 of us. We were only staying two days.The bathroom was very small and when sleeping on the king size bed half of the king size bed you could feel the springs. The staff asked us if we wanted to change rooms, but we had gotten settled in and I didn't want to move anywhere. There was a 2nd single bed in the room so I just used that one. Coffee and tea in the room was greatly appreciated."

"My husband and I spent 2 nights at The Swan Inn. The staff were all fantastic and the food at the restaurant was great. Having a breakfast cooked to order included in the price was a nice surprise. The accommodation was good value and the bedroom, while small, was well designed. The shower was fabulous with lovely shampoo and soaps. Our only criticism was the bed and pillows. "The accomodation was clean and tidy with basics of tea/coffee/television and basic toiletries in the bathroom. Food was available within the main building and was "usual" pub fare, generous portions and for the area was reasonably priced. Would I stay there again?, if in the area and needed accom.. then YES I would book again."
