"Staff was very kind. The shuttle was wonderful. They picked me up at the rental car drop off and took me to the airport on time. The room itself smelled like smoke and was old. However, I just needed to be there for the night and woke up at 3 AM so it served its purpose."

The breakfast was okay but honestly just enough. Ample parking, even the grounds crew were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to shops, restaurants, the highway, Baltimore harbor and a short drive to D.C. "

"Someone cleaned the room each of the four days I was there as well as emptied the garbage. I always found a parking space close to my room, but the hotel was not very busy when I was there. I never had to wait more than a few moments to speak to someone in the office. Everyone was kind, courteous, and helpful."

"Overall, the place was very nice and quiet. Staff was attentive and check-in was very quick. Breakfast was a typical breakfast that most hotels have. Yogurts fruit, waffles, eggs, and cereal. The only knock I could put against his hotel and it’s a small one is that it is a little outdated. The carpeting in the room was worn and some of the wallpaper was peeling. I would stay here again though. "

"First of all, when we checked in we were not told where the elevators were. We were walking around, lugging our suitcases and exhausted. Someone asked what we were looking for and he directed us to the elevators. Turns out they were the wrong ones and had to walk halfway around the hotel to find the correct ones. Also, the benches in the restaurant area are peeling. It is something that needs to be addressed. "

"Omg what a first night we had! We had to change rooms 3 times and we were there on a two night stay. First room the toilet didn’t flush so they changed out room. The second room the couch was sunk in, the room was not clean, the bed had no sheets or pillows with cases. It was a nightmare. We don’t even unpack our things. Front seat said they had no more rooms and that they can give us a plunger or new sheets that we can put on the bed ourselves. The next morning we spoke with the front desk...
