"The hotel is clean, busy, kinda has the vibe of Millenials and Gen Z mix. The rooftop pool is nice to sit at, the water is very cool. A quick dip and most people are out! The bar at night is nice with the skyline. The 1 set of elevators takes hotel staff to explain as they lock out the room floors so it only goes from ground to rooftop at night - not sure as to the exact time this happens. "The hotel is located in a nice and quiet part of the city and still just a 15 minute walk away from all the major spots. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Sarah is an absolute sweetheart that effortlessly reminds you of what great hospitality looks like. The valet parking service is great too, in case you are traveling by car. Overall: would highly recommend!"

"Incredible hotel! There are steps to get inside, but if you’re in Italy you probably expect steps anyway. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. We passed by the Duomo every time we were moving to our from the hotel. We even had a late check-in and they made it very easy, sending pictures and videos of what to do. It felt very safe.
