Not as per Expedia picture. Poor apartment.

Good location but not as depicted on web. Very old bathroom, kitchen basic and not up to today’s standard. Needs a proper mirror not a tiny shaving mirror. Mirror on bathroom cabinet too high to use. Balcony was only a shared terrace and unsuitable for tourists. Light fittings in kitchen and bathroom had no covers leaving wires exposed. We had to request cleaners after 4 days as no towels, tea towels etc.

Comfort and Convenience on Edge of Old Town

Nice location with easy access to palace area and harbor/Riva, so was easy to come and go through the day. Our unit on second level through locked gate then locked outside door and set of stone stairs. Usual tight street views out windows, often closed using a/c in hot weather. Some kitchen facilities. Active, crowded scene on Riva in evenings. Easy check in at admin office nearby and paid in Kuna on Visa. Only note otherwise is that apartment is on opposite side of palace from bus station and ferry docks, but is only 10-15 min walk along Riva to get there. Lots of groceries and small restaurants nearby. Took shuttle bus from airport to bus terminal - nice highway type bus and very cheap. Left by Kapitan Luka fast ferry to Dubrovnik few days later.

Well located. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean. The only thing I didn't like (and this seems to be endemic to Croatia) is that to get to your room, there is an outer gate and a doorway into the building with one key, and another key for your room. For security, they ask guests to lock both the outer gate and the inner door at all times. The problem is that if there is a fire, the place becomes a death trap. Even though it seems they are meeting fire code, they should take the extra step and install a panic bar or at least a thumb latch on the interior door.

Hyvän fiiliksen paikka keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia

Erittäin avulias henkilökunta. Erinomainen sijainti! Kaikki palvelut lähellä ja historiallisiin kohteisiin käveli muutaman minuutin. Alue tuntui turvalliselta. Iltaisin kadulta kuului yhteislaulua, mutta nukkumista se ei häirinnyt. Koska edellinen asukas ei ollut lähtenyt meidän sisäänkirjautumisaikaamme mennessä, saimme upgraden parempaan (=suurempaan) huoneistoon veloituksetta. Tila oli siisti ja puhdas ja joka huoneessa oma ilmastointilaite. Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä saimme tietoa kaikista lähialueen palveluista sekä paperisen kartan. Kaikki toimi mainiosti!

Mukava pieni huoneisto. Lähellä keskustaa.

Astiasto hieman puutteellinen. Mikroaaltouunin verkkojohto ei yltänyt pistorasiaan ennenkuin laitteen siirsi toiseen paikkaan. Siivous ei saapunut ennalta sovittuna päivänä. Hiljainen ja tosi rauhallinen sijainti.

Perfect location

Great location with private terrace. Surrounded by restaurants of all types. Easy walk to ferry and Riva. Charming helpful hosts. Definitely would stay again. Typical European bed, a little hard for me used to my 4inch soft top!

Excellent location but.

Excellent location. Close to Riva and shops. However, had difficulty finding switch for stairwell light. Also could use one or two hooks in second bedroom to hang stuff and at least 2 pillows per bed... But all in all a great apartment. We would have loved to stay inside Diocletian Palace ibut did not know that it was a possibility!

Apartment accommodation in Split Croatia.

We really enjoyed our stay at Apartments Gajeta in Split. The location of our apartment was in the old town amongst something of a maze of narrow lanes - very quaint and nicely clean. The apartment was very clean, bed comfortable, equipment all what you might need. TV reception was awful but we did not miss it. WiFi was OK. A number of really good restaurants nearby, and the main town centre is a short walk away. Split is a great destination and we found the week spent there and in the apartment was a great holiday.

Good hotel

We spent 3 days in this hotel.It is closed to the beach, 500 m, 2 min to the bus to Dubrovnik, close to the big Plaza with all stores. Owners are nice, met us with the bowl of thefresh cut grapes, gave us a drive to the Dubrovnik bus station.

Lovely apartment and so central to the front and the old town. Everything was walking distance, even the beaches. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

멋진도시

위치 : 구시가지를 약간벗어났지만 10분이면 리바거리 이동가능. 약간 오르막이라 처음 캐리어를 끌고 가기 힘듦. 호스트 : 사무실이 따로 있어서 필요한 사항은 메일을 보내면 바로 처리 인터넷 : 숙박기간(6박)동안 전혀사용못함. 아마 그기간에 문제가 있었던듯함

Good central apartment

Great base for a short city break in split, apartment had everything we needed and was on the edge of dioceltans palace, so great for getting out and about in the city. Staff based in the office were very friendly and helpful.

Hemlikt hotell

Vid ankomst ringde vi vår kontakt som vi mötte vid deras kontor. Han var väldigt trevlig och behjälplig, bland annat visade han oss på förfrågan direkt till en resebyrå där vi bokade en utflykt till Krka nationalpark (rekommenderas!), han tipsade också om de bästa matställena i stan med mera. Vi bodde i röda rummet som låg på tredje våningen ovanför en frisersalong, det fanns ingen hiss, vilket inte gjorde något för oss som är unga och friska. Rummet var mer av en bebodd liten lägenhet. Det kändes direkt som att komma hem. Allt fanns verkligen i lägenheten, vi lagade till och med egen mat och passade på att tvätta. I sovrummet var det knäpptyst på nätterna, men i vardagsrummet var det riktigt ljudligt under nätterna pga. gatulivet utanför. Läget var perfekt, mitt i smeten. I övrigt kan nämnas att det var skönt att det fanns engelskspråkiga kanaler och inte bara italienska och tyska, när man en trött kväll bara vill lata sig.

Definitely going back

Great location close to the tourist area. Around 15 minutes walk from the bus station. Place was clean and tidy, and near new! Didn't mind the second story climb, and was handy to a cafe, bar 3 metres walk from the front door across the alley. Reception told us cheaper restaurants nearby.

便利な立地で、とてもきれいなアパート

とてもきれいで、設備も揃っている。どこに行くにも便利だが、バスターミナルとフェリーターミナルからは徒歩10～15分と荷物が重い場合はやや大変。 アパートの隣のハムとワインのお店は、きれいで、種類が多く、店頭で食事もでき、好きな量だけ買ってアパートで食べることもでき、おすすめです。
