"Hotels like this one damages the hospitality industry in the USA. I should be renovated completely. Phones were not working and most of the buttons on the key pad were missing, roaches under the sink in the bathroom, night stands did not have handles or were missing screws, tv remote could only turn on tv and only provided on channel to watch, . Staff was very nice and property was safe. Confident location to William and Mary and the outlet shopping."

"while the staff was very helpful, some things cannot be fixed. The assissted room shower curtain is way above the shower bottom. thus water all over the floor. The handle on the hand held shower was broken off and missing. I reported but nothing was done. Being HOH, I need closed captions. Our TV had none and no could fix it.
