"I was a little skeptical pulling into the parking lot. It looked unkept and outdated. Much to my surprise, it was hidden gem! The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The only downfall to me was the smell. I’m not sure what the smell was though. It wasnt dirty or musty just weird. I had my family with me as we were just passing through, but it would be a fun place for a a night after the distilleries. "

"The hotel was wonderful for our overnight stay. Late arrival went smoothly. The following morning the manager was kind enough to lend me winded and a rag to clear our rental windshield that had an oil film on it. Over accommodating and wonderful on every level!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and had a lot of charm. The bathroom was small, but adequate. The shower water pressure left a lot to be desired. It’s a very old building which is part of its charm. One issue.. They were having construction work done and all the parking was roped off. It started the day before we checked out. We should have been informed of where to park. One of the construction team directed us. Other than that, our stay was delightful.."
