"Hosts Jan and Peter were fab and made you feel at home straight away. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean with kettle, tea and coffee. The fridge was replenished every day with water, milk fruit juice and other breakfast items. Beechwood house is ideally positioned for bus and train into St Ives with some local restaurants locally. We will be definitely returning in the future."

"The rooms were very clean and cosy ,lovely big bathroom and good sea views. The hosts were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. A lovely cooked to order breakfast was served each morning . Property was in a quiet road close to train station,bus stop and a short walk to Carbis bay.Truly wonderful stay. Many thanks , Janet and Richard."

"The room was beautiful, clean. It has coffee, a variety of teas, milk and water bottles. Breakfast very good variety. Fresh fruit, juice, cereals and full breakfast, omelette and fish to choose from. The couple was friendly and welcoming."
