"We stayed at the “Casa” this weekend. The staff and the room were excellent. When we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, Jonathan came back to the inn to correct the problem. He even made arrangements to move us to another suite if it became necessary. Fortunately, Jonathan was able to work some HVAC magic and get the room cooling again. Our stay was excellent. Be sure to make it down for breakfast. The food is something NOT to miss. Thank you to Jonathan, Oliver and the team....

"Location was very good. Had trouble reaching any staff member prior to arrival by phone. No one would answer and the mailbox was full (several times). On the day of checkin, could not reach anyone so went to area and found a staff member. Charged for parking even tho we did not have a car, this was not disclosed when we booked. Housekeeping was rarely seen but charged for housekeeping services. Theother building is under renovations so it is a bit noisy."
