"Room was clean but furniture, color scheme, blinds, etc are outdated. Pull out sofa was NOT comfy at all. Bed was very firm and lumpy. Pools and hot tubs were amazing. Food was amazing. Just gotta take care of the carpenter bee problem but once the sun goes down the bees go away and it’s enjoyable outside again. Staff was super friendly. Lovely to chat with. Super friendly to my kiddo."

"STAY AWAY from this hotel,drove 4 and a half HR from Connecticut.Room doors won’t open with card,bathtub sliding glass door fell off on my wife because it was not properly secured and hurted her,bed bugs, there was blood on the sheets, once I notified the door falling off , the manager refused to re accommodate me and my family. And wouldn’t give us the money right away so we can book another hotel so I had to search for another hotel and pay cash out of my pocket. Save a headache and don’t stay at this hotel in wyomissing PA location/Reading."

"When we arrived we were told that the double-queen room I had booked nearly a week prior was not available. Rather than just owning their mistake and apologizing, they tried to pin it on me because I used an "online booking service". On the plus side they "upgraded" us to a suite with a king-sized bed and pull-out couch. On the down-side the AC in the room didn't work at all. They ended up moving us to a single king room because, according to them, that's all they had available. And that was it. They considered that acceptable and their obligation met. We were not the only people experiencing the same issue, as I saw another family going through the same thing during check-in. Mistakes happen and thankfully with it being just myself and my son, we were able to make it work, but the complete lack of accountability or concern for their customers is a real concern. The room was clean, the staff were very nice but they clearly have issues that need to be worked out, and have zero sense of obligation or concern for their customers. I will not stay here again. I'd strongly suggest you consider otherwise if you need anything more than a single bed, because there is no guarantee you will get what you reserved and they don't care if that is an inconvenience to you."

"It was really sketchy feeling when people living there are roaming the halls and making interesting noises in the night. Seemed like a halfway house hotel. Not going to lie! I walked into my room when I first got there and there was a nasty smell in the room which did not go away the entire stay. I decided to room with my friend at her hotel bc of how creepy it felt. Not a recommendation for anyone to go there. I did not feel comfortable! The breakfast sucked too and was completely under done! Grosssss "

"Pros- easy to find, outside of the building is clean and attractive, unique, friendly staff, room was clean and spacious, wonderful jetted tub, restaurant attached, great waitress Cons- when you check in there’s a sign saying to call someone for help checking in, elevator is broken (we were on the 4th floor), floor is lopsided in the hallway and the room, peeling wallpaper in some areas, threadbare towels, coffee only on the second floor,very warm with no temperature change after adjusting the thermostat, conflicting policy- in room sign says no pets but we encountered pets on the stairs as we were leaving Did not use breakfast or bar area Overall- it’s an older property that could use some updating but it was still a very enjoyable stay and I would go back but better prepare ahead of time "
