Hidden gem in SW VA.. will definitely be my go to when i go in to visit.. the Mexican restaurant downstairs is one of the best i have been to and the little diner across from hotel had excellent breakfast

I stayed at this hotel in 2021 and wanted to stay again. Very nice room, plenty of space. The hotel has plenty of charm. Mexican restaurant on site, but we did not eat there.

Great hotel

The hotel was so cute and clean, especially for the price. It had a lot to offer and the staff we met were all so kind. Parking was also easy and the location of the hotel was close to a lot of shops, restaurants, etc. we will definitely be staying again.

Comfy and cute

This is an amazing old building. They managed to modernize without getting rid of the charm, including original floors. The room was large, but cozy. Instead of your typical hotel room, the decor and finishes really make it feel homey. The staff was great. We let them know we would be checking in quite late, and even though they didn't have an overnight desk person scheduled, the guy at the desk stayed until we got there at 2 a.m. The attached Mexican restaurant was delicious. We were starting here to go to a race in Bristol, but I would take this over the closer hotels any time.

Western Front Hotel was a clean hotel with a nice little Mexican restaurant on the main floor and the staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast was very limited though as restaurants around the hotel did not open until really late.

Charming place

The hotel was very charming, just like the town St Paul. The people are friendly and helpful. The restaurant located on the ground floor was very convenient and serve good food. Overall a very good place to stay.

One of a kind experience, staff is warm and friendly . Hotel is out of the area for us visiting our son at school but we drive the extra time for the hotel and atmosphere. Dog friendly as well, fire pit! Would make an amazing wedding location with all the amenities!

Cutest little place ever

Whenever I am in this area I try to stay here. First you cannot beat the price. It is the cutest hotel with the best service and the bed was so comfy I went right to sleep

This was a cute boutique hotel! I was in town for work and this fit my needs. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel had a mountain or lake cabin vibe. It was clean! The bed was comfortable. There was a Mexican restaurant right next door that was good! I’d definitely stay here again!

The room was perfect, clean, bed was comfortable and sheets were clean and smelled nice, large T.V., refrigerator, beautiful bathroom, very nice shower, and it didn't smell like a pet was there. This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. I was very impressed.
