"The receptionist was very helpful, but I was disappointed because they did not clean our room. They did not left us with a clean towels or sweep when we came back from side seat that towels were wet, and the bed was not made."

"It is extremely rundown and dirty. The room, was not clean. The television did not work nor did the ventilation system. The curtains were broken, wouldn't close properly and the room window faces onto a walkway. When I told the man working at reception about the television not working he said "so ..."
