"The hotel has asked us to send us a taxi to pick up with lower price but it didn't come. We called and waited for 20 min for it, when it came the driver did not help at all for the luggage and parked outside the port so we had to carry all heavy luggages a long way. However, air conditioning only in bedroom so the living room/kitchenette will be hot during the day (and in the evening as well)."
