Appear to be pretty new. Rooms well decorated and clean. Fine dining restaurant was very pleasant. Staff welcoming. Signage outside could be better - no valet parking yet and not terribly obvious where you have to go.

Great hotel, great location with plenty of food places around. Great friendly staff.

Large, comfortable room with everything you need. Would happily stay again.

I was on my way back to JFK with family from Florida. The hotel was chosen to recover from long boring drving. Glad I had made a correct choice: clean, comfortable hotel with (I would say very nice) breakfast. The only complaint if I may is the noise of the lift - it wasn't loud but subtle.

This hotel is a very good value place to stay which is not too far from the historic centre. The staff make it a great place to stay and feel welcome (especially Deedee (mornings) and Connie (evenings). The breakfast offering is good considering it is free, however the number of catering staff have been reduced from 2 to 1 in the mornings which meant some food items and plates etc. ran out and took a while to replace, despite the one staff member working flat out.

This was my first time travelling to America. I had a great stay and would stay again. The beds are high and comfortable, bathroom was nice just had to get used to using the shower dial because I hated blasting cold water on myself. The Wawa gas station across the road does nice breakfast and coffees. Overall it exceeded my expectations.

Bit hectic but overall very nice and certainly a prime position

Used hotel as an overnight stop on way to Virginia Beach after arriving at Dulles Airport. No other reason for stay other than it was en route. Looks a very new hotel on a new development site. Room was a good size, good air conditioning and a lovely bed. Breakfast was $11 and was buffet style. Basic offering but chef available to cook omelettes, etc. which made it worthwhile. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Good location with good sized rooms. Bagel/sandwich shop opposite (Always Flavoured) is a great option for breakfast. We parked independently at the Sophia St parking garage which is where the hotel parking is offered. For us it saved $10 for one night stay.

So many positives - had a king bed studio suite for a one night stay. Very clean, comfortable and stylish room. Complimentary parking and convenient for all local services and nearby Mall in Fredericksburg. Breakfast was disappointing- basic and predictably bland with little if any choice of healthy options.
