"We booked a room for our family of 4. Our room was a king bed & fold out couch bed. When we noticed there weren’t any pillows or a blanket for the fold out couch for our kids, we asked the front desk. They had no blankets & only offered extra sheets. They said they were out of blankets. I’m not even sure how this happens as there should have been a blanket for this bed in our room. They were only able to find one pillow. Pretty sad when we clearly booked the room for 4 guests. Very...

"The front desk staff was so terrible. Would tell you to come back at 3:00 PM for an early check in and came back at about 3:25 PM and was told it would be another 30 minutes before room would be ready. I witnessed this being done to several other guest. Also one guest was told the pool would be open and it was empyt. Room as clean property was fairly clean. Would never stay there again since they can not do what they said they would do"

"Parking is a lil tight in the alley if you drive a truck/suv, but the street right out front offers easy/free parallel parking! 10/10 would come back."

"Lotus Hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel was very clean, quiet, well maintained, and had a genuinely pleasant atmosphere. The room was nice, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff was professional and attentive. Everything worked exactly as it should, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. If I am ever back in the area, I would definitely stay here again."

"There was a large sticky spot in the carpet and a leak in the ceiling in the shower. I reported the problems and they said maintenance would look into it. With 2 issues in the room, I was disappointed they didn’t move us to a different room or at least comp the room. "

"Red Flag Warning to all travels. This hotel is dirty. My room floor was dirty . There was a sticky substance on the floor . I tried to tell staff but nobody wanted to deal with. I reported to the front desk no came. the maintenance people sucks no communication skills what so ever. Just kept staying no my problem. This people seem to only care about themselves. NEWS FLASH yiu work at a hotel the guess should be attended to. Not avoided. Your whole staff needs to learn how to respect...

"The staff did their best, but the condition of the furnishings and carpet etc needs to be addressed. Our key cards didn’t work on multiple occasions; many others in the hotel had the same problem. The rooms are gloomy and dark. The dresser in the room had drawers that kept sliding open. The sofa in the room was stained and worn; we were afraid to sit on it. Some of our party wanted to use the pool. There were no pool towels. The hot tub water was green and needed to be cleaned."
