This was the old line rooms in line hotel. the rooms were clean, comfy bed, nice bath area, overall a nice place to stay. I had a doctors appointment at the Ste Gen Hospital about quarter mile away, I did drive but AIA could have walked too. Staff was nice and friendly, including little dog on premise, so over all I will stay again if I need to stay in this area again.

De Patel is so warm and inviting and goes above and beyond to take care of the needs of her guests. Her personality alone is making me go back there. She’s also hard-working and keeps very clean units and is fixing up a place that needed work.

Basic motel can be just fine; this one was!
We had to make a one night stop SOMEWHERE in the area. I wasn't pleased with my chain member area choices. I don't expect a lot with inexpensive hotels. I checked Hotels.com and found this in the area. There were some positive reviews from people who regularly stop here. It's an old-school roadside mom and pop (in this case mom and daughter) motel. Nine rooms total. Mom at check in was frazzled with washer issues. Check in site was a pile of laundry and mess in mid- cleanup, but Mom was very friendly and helpful. We did an inspect of the room. Queen bed, exceptionally clean. She apologized for there not being a shower curtain; which she promptly put one up. No odor, no mold smell, no cig smoke odors, nothing. She turned on the fridge (larger than the basic dorm fridge). Offered a coffeemaker. Bed very comfortable, sheets and pillowcases crisp and clean. Just fine for one night. I spotted one cockroach on the wall; dispatched it and saw no more of them. I've been disappointed of late with awful breakfasts and undrinkable coffee at chain low-mid price hotels. This motel offers no breakfast, instead suggesting other mom and pop eateries in town. Instead of ick to start the day, we went to a local coffee shop; so glad we did! Yes, we'd stay again.

Nice place
Very good experience. The lady was very nice and talkative. She told us all the places we should try to visit. She was surprised to see that she had a guest, she said that Hotels.com didn’t email her. Lucky enough she had room. Very mom and pop kind of place. I had to run my card via Hotels.com and at the hotel. Thankfully only charged once.

It was horrible!! She had me as a guest hanf up my shower curtain in my room cayse she was tired from being 4 hours later than she scheduled my check in time. The last time i weny there i seen BED BUG'S and thats last time i stayed their. That was on may 28th 2022

Comfort at every level
I really enjoyed my stay. To start off check in was easy and I was greeted by true kindness. The lady who runs this place is kind and sweet and very helpful. The only possible complaint was not at the fault of staff but restrictions due to covid-19. You do have to go ask for soap and shampoo but the were great and gave me what I needed and even made sure to give me extra shampoo because as she said sometimes one is not enough. The bed was so comfy. And the AC unit was great I actually had to get up and turn it off because I had set it too cold. This is a mom and pop style place to stay close to everything. And the service was 2nd to none. It has a very peaceful feel that is homey. I will be staying here from now on when I am in the area.

Didn’t feel safe! Had other guess party in the parking lot all night.Stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned between the two days! Had to ask for soap and shampoo. The tv would only get one channel and the smoke detector didn’t have a battery

I am not sorry at all ... you were reached out by me personally to find out what we can do for you but you and you partner said that you didnt even have any problem... the next day i came in to take care of this incident and double check who wrote this and there was a do not disturb sign on your door... i think you just want to create a misunderstanding... i am not sure but the people you are complaining about were in bed by the time you checked in!! They are the most amazing customers we have had in a long time!! We had bad storms the day you checked in so that might have been the reason why you might have had less channels but i personally checked and it was not the case with other rooms!! And i have no idea why you were not feeling safe?

TRIANAGLE INN sucks!
Arrived at 7:20 pm. No one there. Note on the office door said Manager is away for a while. If you need a room call this number. After phoning the number left on the note, TWICE, and receiving a recording that said Leave a messaging then waiting 30 minutes without a response, I booked a room somewhere else!

was okay no non skid things in tub slipped fell but i'm fine they should add those was just okay check in was terrible they didn't seem to even have any idea i was coming showed them the copy i printed and they said they could give me room but was one dollar more than you had quoted no big deal only a dollar
