"The room was very comfortable. I liked the separate sitting room with a full size sofa. The king size bed was very comfortable as well. The shower had the large size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The hotel was clean and updated and the staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"This is and has been a great place to stay. We have been there several times. This last time the breakfast included was a let down, which is the reason for the 4 stars. They use to have a chef make omelets and had good others choices. This time the hot chocolate was weak, the ham pieces dried and the coffee was ran out both mornings we were there. Still a very good breakfast bar compared to others, but I had my hopes up."

"Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, person working front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Only downside was pool closing at 10 for an hour for maintenance. We (along with lots of other families) were still enjoying the pool at that time. 11 would have a been a lot better. We specially chose that hotel for the pool and then only got to enjoy it for 30 min."

"Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was excellent, spacious and it had everything you may possibly need. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, plenty of hangers, ironing board.. Great for short and long stays. Great location. Everything was within 5 to 10 min drive, grocery stores, mall, restaurants or even downtown. Free coffee and hot tea at the lobby 24 hrs a day. We enjoyed the patio as well. Thank you."

When I arrived and went to my room it was 77 degrees in the room, with the temperature set at 63. Clearly the air conditioning was not working properly. I went downstairs to talk with staff, and they seemed aware that it did not work properly and saying the corner room always gets too hot. "Upon arriving, and checked in; we went to our room and found it uncleaned from the previous guest. I reported it to the front desk and they "upgraded" our room. It would have been better to clean our room, and reduce our cost! I questioned the clerk and was told that she wasn't authorized to do that... It was no fun hauling our baggage to another room, on a different floor, after we unloaded into the first room. Overall; After the check in problem our stay was good."

"Very cute, unique Hotel which was just what my husband and I needed for our first downtown Boise Trip. Really enjoyed all aspects. Close to everything needed from excellent local restaurants and coffee shops to the neighborhood Davis Park. All within walking distance and felt safe and wonderful. Very walkable, didn't see any homeless people which was so unusual for us. (*What Portland/Seattle forgot they used to be, sadly) Weather was great so we couldn't have asked for anything better. "This hotel was a nice surprise along the river! Please let them know if you have mobility issues as there is really only one elevator. They are constructing another one so not sure how soon it will be done. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet was really good and the servers were so friendly.
