"We were very disappointed to find out that the pool and hot tub are not located in the same building as our room. This should be clearly stated before guests make a reservation, as it is important information for families with children. Unfortunately, our experience was also affected by cleanliness issues. "Very helpful staff and was good for what I needed. Air conditioning pretty loud but that's the way it is in this level hotel. Breakfast food was pretty unhealthy so I didn't really have much I wanted to eat but the kids liked it because it was waffles and sugary yogurt. Also to be expected from this level of hotel but I just wish that there were healthier options. Slept well b/c the bed was comfortable. "The bed and AC worked great. The linens were clean. The hallways needed a vacuum. The toilet got clogged. The laundry and ice maker were broken. The hotel was not locked at night and several people were in the parking lot all night."
