It was the lack of cleaning the room. Pool was great- room was comfortable and staff up front was amazing. However, housekeeping know is and asked if I wanted service my first morning and I said yes after 11am. We left and did not refund u til 7:30 pm and no one ever cleaned the rooms very disappointed ...

The Cafe was closed during our stay which was a bummer. Had to walk in the cold weather for coffee because the coffee in the room was not good. The room could definitely use an upgrade but the king sized bed was amazing!

We got an upgrade to 2 bedroom townhome. It was very nice and spacious. Everything looked updated and very clean. Kitchen has all you need. Staff during check-in was very nice and welcoming. Overall, a nice place to stay.
