"This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. It is 20 minutes walk to old town. There are two bus stations within few minutes walk from hotel. one goes to old town and the other comes from old town. Get the Dubrovnik pass and it covers all the bus rides. Taxi is 9 euros to old town but bus is easier than taxi, believe me I’m not bus person but this was better option than taxi. Breakfast was very good. Fresh and many options. Friendly staff. "What an absolutely amazing place. We have fallen in love with the hotel and the Island and didn’t want to leave. However we did have a mess up at check in which I think the hotel could have handled differently. We checked in ( after the stated check in time ) and were given our room but when we got to the room it was already occupied. We were told by reception to take a seat and they would look for another room. The hotel was obviously not full but we were kept waiting for about 2 hours....
