"The Starbucks franchise in the reception area served super hot snacks, far better than expected. Restaurant food was very good too."

"The breakfast was good. I only found out as I left that as I had paid for the breakfast I could have had a free choice from the breakfast menu. It was disappointing not to be told this by staff. The water in the bedroom fridge was not replenished during my stay which I thought was very poor. Only basic PG Tips and Green Tea in room . No Earl Grey. Poor in comparison to the range of coffee . I don’t drink coffee. The restaurant is lovely in the evening but service slow. "

"Breakfast very poor. No sink plug in en suite room. Minimal supply of tea bags and milk for in room refreshment. Sunken mattress. Feeling of neglect."

"Arrived late afternoon no one at reception didn’t have to wait too long. Checked in fine only then to be told lift broken and we were on 4th floor!!!!! Long way to go with heavy case no assistance offered. Good location parking not great but found some on street payment parking. Room good size shower very low pressure water not very hot and toiletries very minimal (probably enough for one person per night not 2)"
