"Wonderful complimentary breakfast. We came down at the tail end of breakfast hours. Even so, all of the many choices were readily available and hot and delicious."

"What a perfect stay! Grounds are beautifully kept so there is a view from every room. Rooms have been modernized, plenty of storage, mounted TV, comfortable bed, ect. It was spotless. 7 minutes from shopping centers and restaurants. The highway is right next to it but sound only carried during the day and I am a night shifter so that is the only reason I noticed. It was quiet and I felt safe. Highly recommend. Only critique is the black out curtains did not block much light, I hate to even say...

"We only stayed one night but had a wonderful time. The front desk staff was extremely nice and was able to get us into our room a little bit before standard check-in time. We ate dinner in the speakeasy and the food was delicious the bill was very reasonable. The only reason I took off one star for the property condition is because it’s an older hotel. But to be honest, the character you get from an older hotel is better and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will be going back"

"Our shower did not work. The faucet was broken. Reported it when we checked out. It is near the Shenandoah trail which we did and appreciated the location. Lots of fast food restaurants nearby. Breakfast was minimal, not unexpected."
