"Bar and restaurant are very nice with friendly staff. The room was quite small and the furniture was a little tired. The bedding had some staining and there was a little water damage on the cushions on the bed where rain had come in through the skylight"

"Crescent room booked- not cheap at over £300 for the night, poor quality and tired furniture, really tiny shower room and a separate toilet, with sink, no mirror or somewhere to hang towels. Tea making facilities (no coffee) at best bog standard premier inn quality and with nowhere to put cups - ..."

"The outside hot pool and bar great...indoor pool chilly...jacuzzy great....treatment rooms rather stark and chilly....my room was ok...the hotel generally is good...but would benefit from more cleaning of door frames and paints...starting to be on the verge of looking tired...."
