"Zeinab at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, providing us with valuable information about the tours and local history. We enjoyed a pleasant supper in the evening, which included water, coffee, and tea, and found breakfast to be quite satisfying. The staff were notably friendly, enhancing our experience. Additionally, there are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Hotell mitt i stan. Nära till shopping, restauranger och sevärdheter såsom domkyrkan. Bra med separat sovrum för extrasäng. Smidigt med dusch i separat badrum Lugnt och skönt. Parkering i närheten. "

"Jag o Maken hade två underbara dagar , mycket promenader och god mat. Maten o frukosten på Hotell Arkad var bra, och trevlig personal, vi bokar alltid Arkad när vi är i västerås. PS . Har man något problem så löser hotellpersonalen de. Ds"

"Som helhet ett helt Ok boende, centralt och närhet till det mesta! Trevligt bemötande och jag är nöjd! Saknade ett duschdraperi/skärm i ett annars till synes nytt och fräscht badrum!"

"Lovely atmosphere and great common areas. Room was also nice, however bad smell in the bathroom and a little dusty around the bed and lots of cobweb on the windows (when opening window spiders came in). Great staff. Restaurant waitress spoke only English and didn't know the meny but asked collueges. Breakfast - the homemade bread was a disappointment but the pancakes were amazing. Overall a lovely stay and would definately visit again!"
