Hotel des Vosges, BW Premier Collection
Housekeeping kept taking my dirty towels from the tub and putting them on the rack. They also only gave me one set of towels, so after washing my hair I had no small towel for days. I had to ask for TP and they forgot my VIP gift until checkout.
