The hotel is pretty modern however the front desk staff is not very pleasant. I have requested an iron and the desk at check in and the staff asked me to come later as they are busy having many check in's what I did, I returned after the dinner and got not the friendliest response that they have only one desk and iron...

Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel

Bei der Ankunft durften wir nicht direkt einchecken, sondern mussten erstmal in der Lobby Platz nehmen. Warum keine Ahnung, aber es war irgendwie seltsam. Zimmer gepflegt und sauber, ruhige Lage, wir konnten sogar mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen modernen Eindruck. Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber weitestgehend sauber – lediglich unter dem Bett hätte gründlicher geputzt werden können. Der Teppich wies leider einige auffällige Flecken auf, was den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt hat. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der tolle Ausblick aus der obersten Etage. Das Zimmer verfügte über einen Safe, allerdings keinen klassischen Schrank, sondern nur eine offene Garderobe. Bei geöffnetem Fenster war es durch den Straßenverkehr recht laut – wer empfindlich schläft, sollte das beachten. Die Tiefgarage ist hell, modern und gut befahrbar, allerdings mit 20 Euro pro Tag recht teuer. Sehr positiv: Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich, frisch und qualitativ hochwertig. Auch das Badezimmer war sauber, und das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit: Gutes Stadthotel mit Stärken beim Service und Frühstück – mit kleinen Schwächen bei Sauberkeit und Ausstattung.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται 10 λεπτά μακριά από το τραμ , το οποίο πήγαινε στο κέντρο μέσα σε 10-15 λεπτά και απ'ευθείας στο αεροδρόμιο. Το δωμάτιο είναι μεγάλο και καθαρό. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό και υπήρχαν κάποιες εναλλαγές. Το προσωπικό δεν μιλάει αγγλικά πέραν του υπεύθυνου. Επίσης δεν είναι εξυπηρετικοί, θα μπορούσα να τους χαρακτηρίσω αγενείς. Ο μόνος που ξεχώρισε ήταν ο υπεύθυνος. Γενικά τα δωμάτια δεν έχουν διπλό κρεβάτι ανεξαρτήτως τί αναφέρουν στην πλατφόρμα του hotels. Επιπλέον να σημειωθεί ότι στο δωμάτιο δεν είχε ψυγείο.

Wir kommen wieder!

Kleines, aber gemütliches Zimmer. Sehr gut isoliertes Zimmer, war sowohl nachts, als auch morgens sehr ruhig (bin eine empfindliche Schläferin). Frühstück war ausgiebig, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und kreativ. Werden sicherlich wiederkommen!
