The main problem was the kids hockey team (North Bay Trappers) who stayed there for a tournament. Kids were running up and down the hallways, slamming doors, generally being nuisances past midnight. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional. I have never had an to assist with my luggage until this stay. All staff that I encountered were friendly and kind.
