"We came to Suffolk to do some family tree research and Orford was a great place to stay. Although there wasn't dedicated parking, there was always plenty of space in the market square. The village itself is a lovely place to stay, with plenty of places to walk and explore. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and well equipped. "

The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. "The Hayloft had everything we needed for a good stay, location good, bed was comfortable & shower great. However, it was let down by being in need of good Hoover/clean throughout and the radiators require bleeding as only two of the five radiators were working."

Also insist you put out the bins, remove the bedding and leave everything clean else you may be charged. "Stowaway Cottage is in a great location, only 30 seconds to walk to the beach, and 5 minutes to the main village street. It's a quirky layout, which caused my wife to remark, "It's like a Hobbit house!" -- the bathroom is down a narrow passage, and the bedrooms are up two flights of narrow, steep stairs. The upstairs ceilings and doorways are low, so duck your head if you're tall. (I'm six feet tall and I had to walk like a hunchback upstairs.) Having sad that, the bedrooms are both quite...
