"I was very disappointed with my stay at the Hilton in Melville. The shower faucet was leaking and made a dripping sound all night. The faucet only provided very hot water. The caulking around the tub was deteriorating badly. The bathroom door had severe water damage. The couch was very old weathered and stained. The room and hotel corridor smelled bad. I have travelled monthly for 17 years, my experiences with Hiton had been good up until this trip. Hilton needs to send out a team to inspect this property. It does not meet their standards. I've never spent so much money to receive such a poor room. I will never stay there again. Again I strongly recommend Hilton send out a team from corporate quality improvement to conduct a thorough assessment. Thanks for your consideration. "

"Enjoyed our stay in the king suite, plenty of space for parents and two kids. 1st floor close to pool, although it rained all day. The staff was helpful when we needed extra pillows and comforters. The king bed was super comfortable. The pull out sofa mattress was a little on the thin side and you can feel the springs in the mattress on your back. We got an extra comforter and folded it up and placed it on the pull out sofa mattress and it was much better. Kids didn’t seem to mind after that. Our stay was great. Would recommend for family of four. It’s got an outdoor sitting area and our room was close to the pool. The decor was also very tranquil."

"The property is very well maintained. Veery clean and roomy. Beautiful pool, we did not get to use it because the weather was not appropriate. Ashley was very helpful and caring, she gave me restaurant options and she wrote them down for me. I give Ashley a 100% in customer care. The only thing I recommend is replacing the refrigerator the outside is unappealing, as it has rust or discoloration in large areas."
