"I was given an accessible room equipped with a wheelchair shower. While I am ambulatory, I thought it ironic that with the building equipped with an accessible guest room, there were no curb ramps anywhere along the parking lot curb for a wheelchair to gain access to the main entrance. It should be noted that this omission is a violation of The Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and should be corrected."

"The room was clean the bathroom was clean. All of the staff was very nice. The bathroom had a built in night light that was very helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of items. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I had a room facing the highway so there was a little noise but not bad. If you are a light sleeper maybe request a room on the other side of the hotel. It is a good location that is close to The Wilds and the Appalachian Wildlife Center."

"This would be a good place for a quick stop. I was here with my family of four for two nights (children 11 and 4), and the double beds were just too small for us. The hotel was clean, the staff was super nice, and the pool area was very enjoyable. The breakfast was better than I would have thought and offered a variety (eggs, sausage, donuts, fruit, etc), and it is very reasonably priced."

"Only stayed one night but location and price was perfect, bed comfortable. Pillows could be better and i picked up a piece of trash in bath that had been overlooked by cleaning staff. Overall a very good choice!"
