"Staff was rude when they were even at the desk which wasn’t much. Came in at 10pm one night and no staff at the desk. With open doors anyone can come off the street and into the hotel. Rooms were ok but hallways too rooms were dirty. Breakfast was gross and sat out too long. Elevator smelled terrible. Ask staff upon checking in if I could stay another day and first person said yes just let us know in the morning. And the next morning staff was rude and made us change rooms to a handicap room...

"Building was excellent however the customer service varied from poor to non existent. Bad smell in hallways, front desk would not pick up calls, grounds poorly maintained with dog poop left un picked up! Work to be done to encourage customers to return."
