What a beautiful hotel! The lobby alone is worth the price. The rooms are not as spectacular as the lobby. But it is a quibble. The neighborhood is lovely, too.

The hotel staff were all excellent & friendly. The hotel and are were all well kept & clean. Very short walk over to the Kansas Star Casino. Restaurant were not easily accessible for younger crowd.

Also, the ice machines were out of service on multiple floors. They also ran out of towels and didn’t have any for awhile at the pool (this happened both days ...
