"We have come to this hotel for many years and feel at home. This occasion was no exception, excellent treatment. As for the maintenance in general, I feel that it is failing, because in the shower faucet there were some "blue tapes" as if they were stopping it. We also got the impression that the cleanliness in general is not very good. Please take note of this, because your hotel is excellent and it would be a shame if it declined."
